I did email support. Your solution was to try again. Nothing has changed. Support didn't "look into anything"-- they asked me to continue to do what clearly wasn't working. I have 6000 credits and your app does nothing.
Occasionally a video generation might fail, we have hundreds of videos generated by users on a regular basis. If a video is stuck in queue for more than an hour it means the generation has failed for some reason. If you still face an issue with the generation even after retrying do share the details over email or discord and our team will be able to help you
Q: Why cant we use sora 2 with our plans if were mapped to Pro plans?

why are we not getting those? when we try to use sora it says upgrade to a pro or advance plan???
im tier 5, why is it not mapped or working as a pro plan as originally intended/announced.

A: You should be able to use Sora2 with BYOK. If you have setup your api key and still facing an issue you can reach to support@vadoo.tv or our discord channel

Some external models like Veo3 work with BYOK integration and don't consume credits inside Vadoo AI. Do reach out to support@vadoo.tv or our discord channel if you need any specific help
I have purchased your deal but I cannot generate any video because of your credit system. I have 1000 credit, but I cannot produce a video as your SAAS keep asking for me to provide key information for other models.
I mean what is the purpose of your SAAS if we cannot even produce one video without having to purchase other things here and there.
Because of the non ability to produce videos, I will refund.
