Totally useless tool. nothing works. so basic features provided to appsumo users. i wish i could get rid of it

I have purchased your deal but I cannot generate any video because of your credit system. I have 1000 credit, but I cannot produce a video as your SAAS keep asking for me to provide key information for other models.

I mean what is the purpose of your SAAS if we cannot even produce one video without having to purchase other things here and there.

Because of the non ability to produce videos, I will refund.

Question of understanding the deal
I bought Tier2, but maybe I didn't understand the offer correctly because I can't really start with anything.
Whenever I try to generate a video or image I get an error message in the process that I need some MUAPI API key ? I thought I had the 1000 credits for that ?
I have already tried the help - it is quite simple and does not go into the topic - searching does not help either.
Who can help - or do I have an account problem , any options , setup I missed here ?
