Q: Hey there!

Will there be an option to record in higher quality, at least 1440p (2K), added to Vento? Allow me to explain why this is important. I fell in love with Vento because of its superb ability to record overlays, as I need to regularly make short educational videos demonstrating to children and teenagers how to create their first websites, as well as to clients to show progress on custom site projects. However, the 1080p quality produces a very blurry, unclear image, and it's very difficult to discern what I've recorded on the monitor screen. I also have products like Vmaker, Berrycast, Clapboard, and they all can shoot in resolutions of 1440p and even 4k. I've tested and realized that 1440p is already very good and provides a clear picture. I really want to stay with Vento because of its unique overlay recording feature, but the low recording resolution does not allow me to use it for work. What do you say? Will there be an option for recording in higher quality, and if so, when can we expect it? Or should I just return it now while I still have a month left to do so? Thank you

A: Hey There! Would love to chat with you about the "blurry-ness" of your recording. There are some things we could do to optimize your setup to make it less blurry. As for recording in 4K. Yes, we'll eventually do this, but the price will increase for Vento when this does happen. Recording and storing 4k increases our costs substantially. This will be coming in next year.
