Vento Questions

I was thrilled about Vento. So easy to use and working perfectly. But now suddenly I can't download anymore. Yes, I refreshed the page, I logged out and in again, I used another browser, I made space in my laptop but still the blue ball is turning around and around and it does not do a thing. How can I fix this? I need this tool for my online business!

I purchased it in Oct. 2023, and almost never used it. It was missing too much features and had stability issues at that time.

Here you are 2 years later, but my feeling is that not much happen in 2 years. I see a lot of promises in your answers in previous quedtions, but I'm wondering if they will really be delivered 'booking at previous development pace, which was to my point of view, slow or almost not existing compare to other tools I bought on Appsumo.

One of my main feature I'm waiting for so long and I do still not see, is the autozoom capability. This is a basic in most recorders and add a huge value in video dynamism.

Are you planning to add this? If so when?
And where is your roadmap?
