1.Yes, you can format the results page with left justified text. Font options will be available in Q4\u002D2024.\u000a2. You can create quizzes by assigning score for each option (e.g. A\u003D1, B\u003D2, C\u003D3 etc in each question) using Calculator and then show relevant thank you screens based on the options selected and total scores using visibility logic.\u000a\u000aShow Thank you screen 1 \u002D When Total score is between 1\u002D5\u000aShow Thank you screen 2 \u002D When Total score is between 6\u002D10\u000aShow Thank you screen 3 \u002D When Total score is between 11\u002D15\u000a\u000aHelp \u002D https://help.getformly.com/en/articles/9317047\u002Dcreate\u002Da\u002Dquiz\u000a\u000aAlso, you can send conditional email notifications based on score.\u000ahttps://help.getformly.com/en/articles/9236720\u002Demail\u002Dnotifications\u000a\u000aNote \u002D Currently it is not possible to have variables/category wise score or automatically show the results based on the most selected option.
