I have been messaging for 2 days to try to fix my purchase since it does not work and I am only listed as on the free tier. Please answer me back.

If I could still leave a review I would, but since I can't I'm posting this here. This has been a horrible experience. I have reached out to support via chat several times and have gotten no response. It is constantly crashing and giving me an error message that processing failed, an internal error occurred, and please contact support which is a joke because they never respond. If I could request a refund I would.
