They're definitely not in business anymore. I've been trying to get hold of support through AppSumo for more than a month now... The product is broken, and it doesn't even load the page where people can leave reviews.
For the first attempt, this worked fine but now a client has submitted a video and it's not processing. It says to contact support if this happens but I've had no response on chat or email so far. It's a great tool but I just need it to work reliably and to get help when it doesn't!
Hi, I have emailed support several times over the last week. I am hoping you can help. Once the videos are collected and edited, is there a way to separate the video responses with closed captioning? This feature would be very useful since it's best practice to post videos 60 seconds or less. I realize you can download the raw footage separately. I love the product but this is stopping me from being able to use it how i see fit. Thanks

I ended up refunding my purchase. As can be seen I didn’t get a reply from the Founder on here nor did I get a response to my chat or email.
