I would like to express my concern regarding my experience with Vibeo.ai. Several videos have been submitted that have remained in “processing” status for an extended period (days to weeks), with no clear updates or resolution.

Additionally, I have reached out to their support team multiple times via chat and email but have not received any response to date. This lack of communication and delay in processing significantly affects usability, especially for users relying on the platform for timely content delivery.

While the platform shows promise in concept and functionality, improvements in processing efficiency and responsiveness of customer support are clearly needed.

The concept is incredible and something that I was looking for a while. Interface is clean but gives vibe of just launched and has a growing list of features. Last roadmap update was a long time ago.

When you try to download your videos you are told it will be send to your email. It won't be. I am super upset as this was a tool I was planning on using massively.

Chat was last active 26/11/2026 so I assume it is an abandoned product.

I bought the highest Tier 3 with 60 Minutes, unlimited campaigns and 5 Questions, but what i get is 3 Slots (every with 20 Minutes?) and in my account limitations to only 3 campaigns / month, only 3 questions, and it shows licence Tier 1. Support not available...

And i made 3 Testimonial Videos, trimmed them and saved it. After that, the System says, it may take up to 15 Minutes until it`s renderd and if there is no Video, please contact support. But there are no Videos available even after one hour later. So again, i have to contact Support.

The support is that slow, that you are left alone. No Videos have been rendered, and i am not able to delete my recorded videos or data. I have just cancelled and asked for a refund. Save your time and money and get another tool. Thsi one does not work.

**** Update December 8, 2025 I am updating my previous review from 4 tacos back to 1 taco.

I thought support fixed my problems (all but 1) but then the last 3 people who tried to record a video can NOT. As well, my initial issue with a "Welcome message" was never resolved. I asked support 10 days ago to respond but again NO response in 10 DAYS. Vibeo does NOT work as advertised. STILL FRUSTRATED and will cancel and ask for a refund.

After being very frustrated with support, they fixed all of my issues (except for 1 that I'm still waiting to hear back from them). NOW I am VERY impressed with how EASY Vibeo is to use and produce a professional looking testimonial. I would highly recommend it.

I LOVE the concept of Vibeo and as someone who has purchased a LOT of products from Appsumo, I understood that not everything would be perfect immediately. Setting it up was EASY and I really like the step by step way they prompt you to create questions. As a person to give the review it also was very easy to answer questions.

However I have had quite a few issues which I REALLY hope they fix which is preventing me from using it.

The BIG issue is that I "Exported" 2 videos and never received either one. I left several support messages in the last 2 days with no response. My first technical challenge was after redeeming my Codes I went to register and after verifying my email (from their email) it wouldn't let me login with the password I created. So I tried the RESET Password and it sent me an email (to the email I use all the time) and when I clicked the link it gave me an error saying "Invalid Confirmation URL").

I was able to login with my Google account, but I want the Password so that I can have my programmer manage this for me.

Then I created a campaign (without the welcome video) and was able to record responses like a client would giving a testimonial. When I then went to edit the video, they don't tell you that if you don't edit a video and you download it then you will get a separate video for each answer (rather than 1 video with all of the questions answered by your client).

So I went back to edit which was nice as they do have several options for subtitles, B Roll etc. and then you can save your selections as a Pre-Set which saves times.

When I created a "Welcome Video" (for the person who gets my link to give a testimonial), I tested sending myself a link to give the testimonial. When I scanned the QR Code to see my Welcome video, it appeared but with no audio. Then the screen goes black. Now every time I go back to watch the Welcome video the screen stays black (no Welcome Video) and I can't go any further.

So I tried creating a NEW Campaign (I purchased 2 Codes) and when I went to create my 4th campaign (I should be allowed 6 per month with 2 codes) it told me that I had reached my limit and wanted me to upgrade for $89 per month.

Overall I LOVE the concept and REALLY want this to work, but I have had bug after bug. If I could get support that would be nice but nothing in the last 2 days.

I am hoping that I hear from support soon and can get this to work because IF it will work then it would be WELL worth it. If not there's no value in using the software and I will have to ask for a refund. I would be happy to do a screen share through Zoom with support so they can see my issues.

P.S. For Appsumo, if the review allowed me to attach images, I would to show to help the vendor but I don't see anywhere to do that.
