Q: Money robbers - Appsumo should intervene - where you are?
Not only is the license shown as activated, like many others, a permanent watermark from Vibrantsnap is displayed. The deal was clearly for 3 Macs. Support? Nonexistent. Updates? A joke, because there are none.
Owner of the software? Has released a similar new product and lets buyers here die.
Appsumo? Instead of just collecting money, you should intervene. Otherwise, the saying goes - caught in the same trap! Bad publicity!
P.S: No Sumoling has money to give away for such behavior.

Hi, After a break, I thought of giving it a try again. I started the app, and under licence it shows my code and also confirms that the device is activated. BUT - watermark on the image - NO Export is working Then I thought, maybe I need to update the app - not possible in the app, so I went to the website to download a new version - nothing happened there.
Super unfortunate. Despite the transfer of the email address and license code via message on Discord as requested, it seems the developer doesn’t care about their customers at all. Appsumo should maybe gradually consider setting the refund period to 365 days or even lifetime, especially when many providers deceive us Sumolings, restrict access, etc. after such a short time... Unless...

Done long ago, days before this question. Still no results or feedback. It seems like worthless chatter that you care about your customers. A disgrace. I have written off the investment. Low-level providers will no longer receive my money! Apps are uninteresting when customers have no value for the owner!
Hi, what's wrong with the app that suddenly displays the watermark? A brief explanation of how to permanently fix the problem would be nice. Otherwise, the app is unusable! Thanks!
It's been discontinued on AppSumo. The app owner provided this information on Discord channel and said that we need to provide AppSumo license + email address in order to regain access (they'll provide us with new license from LemonSqueezy), but so far, I'm still waiting to get a reply. Right now, the app is basically useless in this state.
