I’m sorry, but I’m starting to feel that it would sometimes be better not to buy lifetime deals anymore. I’ve been messaging Video Tap’s support team for nearly a week; they keep saying they’ll look into it, but honestly, nothing is happening. While videos can be uploaded, they’ve been stuck in "transcription mode" for days. Apparently, I’m the only customer experiencing this—so perhaps I’m not important enough—or maybe the company has run out of customers because of the way they behave. Since the tool is currently unusable, I advise everyone against buying it.

I haven't used this for a few months, and now I come back and I can't do anything at all. Not even look at my previous videos. It's all greyed out. No answer from support. And of course the refund window is closed. AppSumo, please do something!

Right after the refund window closed, Video Tap stopped being developed, but still technically worked.

Now we are after the year window of getting a refund, it does not work.

Support is non-existent. The support e-mail does not work. They don't respond to their support board.

Rugpull.

Funciona mal, no se descargan los audios, aparecen errores...
Un fracaso de compra y dinero a la basura.
