Do we get unlimited articles from scratch? So we can use publications as a regular blog? Or will they count towards our monthly allowance? And if so, why?
These articles would require way less resources. And it can be a quick way to feed our publications in between recording videos.
A: Yes, I totally agree. I'm about to make an update where articles from scratch (i.e. created without a video) will be free and not count toward your usage. This update should be live in the next day or so.
Hello there, I had a couple questions before purchasing: For the 5 Tier levels, I noticed some features aren't mentioned that are a part of the features on the website pricing page, where it says Starter, Pro and Business:
-Publications -Priority Support -Video Length -Automations -How many channel integrations -Blog word length -Bulk Generation Etc
There are more, but that's what I noticed at a glance on the site.
Are there any differences or things left out regarding the lifetime deal? Are there any significant differences between the tier levels on Appsumo?
A: Yeah, I'm sorry about that, I haven't updated the App Sumo page since our initial launch and all of those are features that were launched after our initial App Sumo campaign.
For App Sumo members you pretty much get everything (regardless of Tier). Specifically... -Publications: 10 -Priority Support: Yes -Video Length: Up to 3 hours -Automations: 10 -How many channel integrations: 10 -Blog word length: All of them
Long story short: I try to give App Sumo members full access to any new features and when I have to cap them I try to do the same as our Business Plan regardless of Tier.
Thank you for responding! For Publications, I see that you mention that we get 10, does that mean 10 different websites? Also, does your publication sites support widgets or custom embeds to customize it for further email list builidng, etc? How about blog posts written from scratch? I bought Tier 2 but I might have to upgrade considering these possibilities
Yes, 10 different websites. We don't support custom embeds, but we will be soon as well as offering a way to build your email list within Video To Blog itself. Yes, you can create blog posts from scratch.
Q: Create a blog from multiple videos
Hi Im interested in creating a blog from multiple videos, rightnow your platform doesnt have it yet, do you have plan to develope such feature? I will definitely buy :)
A: Naw, not yet. It's something I've messed with in the past but didn't have great results. It's something I have tabled to look at in the future again, but no time frame on that.
We previously required credits for AI edits for people who are on an older (non App Sumo) credit based plan (something we don't offer anymore). If you're seeing credit requirements and you're not on the older subscription plan, that's a bug. Please email me at andrew@videoToBlog.ai and I will fix it asap.
hello, as i publish using html tags overtime, i believed all the images are hosted in "....src="https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/videotoblog-".... Will u impose a limit on our storage for all above over time ? lifetime hosting as well?
You can simply use ChatGPT or similar tools to write a small script that imports external images embedded in articles and names them directly. Just use code snippets, for example, as a plugin to integrate the code.
Q: Compare to tubeonai
Hi, how does this compare to tubeonai and transcript lol that have been here previously. Thanks.
Hi, I have problem to understand how this SaaS product convert shared Youtube videos from other creators into an original SEO article, without copy the script? Could you please explain how it avoids any form of plagiarism?
A: Video To Blog is not designed to explicitly avoid plagiarism. It is designed to be used on videos you own and to repurpose said videos into SEO friendly blog posts.
If you're wanting to use on videos you don't own, I would recommend you get the owner's permission and also give them credit when you publish any content.
A: This question has been asked in one form or another on here so I would search to see what others have said. Long story short: I am not lawyer so I can't comment directly on any copyright/plagiarism questions, but Video To Blog was designed to be used on videos you own. That said, if you want to use on other people's video my recommendation would be to ask their permission and also give them credit on any published content.
I tried the demo out and this looks really useful but GPT is horrible at writing. It doesn't matter if you select a tone or give custom prompts, her vernacular is awful. Do you have any plans of allowing BYOK so we can connect Google AI Studio or Anthropic?
A: We currently use a combination of GPT and Anthropic for the writing and depending on the task. I don't have any plans for a BYOK because AI is changing so fast it would pigeon hole the product into one or a few providers. The feedback from most of my users has always been they just want to use the "best" model so I have taken the onus of providing the best experience on myself. We are constantly testing various models (and mixtures of models) to provide the best result. I hope this answers your question.
It does and its a bummer because while the tool is awesome, the writing is not. Its riddled with em dashes and dramatic adjectives like revolutionary and boasts which is a clear tell its GPT. Even with a custom prompt to write as the person in the video speaks and rewriting sections, it just cant seem to kick the habit of generic AI verbiage. Being able to connect to different LLMs would help this
Like I said, we're always constantly evaluating models and are not completely tied to GPT. We'll also be coming out with some more features to better specify writing style and tone (like writing examples, brand voice, etc.) in the near future. I really appreciate your feedback on this though.
Q: Hoy many wordpress.org selfhosted websites can i connect in each tier?
hello, is there a limit on how many wordpress .org websites can i connect?
Q: Some questions about voice recognition, content creation...
Thanks in advance for providing a few ground-level details. I'm considering Video to Blog to assist me in repurposing podcast content. My format is interview style, normally with at least two voices in each episode. Currently I download a transcript that does well at distinguishing voices and then submit the transcript to ChatGPT. How well does V2B work at doing the same?
Also, if I want to create multiple articles / posts that focus on subsegments within an episode, can V2B be trained to do that? And does it remember and improve the writing style / tone over time, or is that something that needs to be submitted with each content request?
A: For your first question, yes. Be sure to select the "Premium Transcription" option and then select the "App Speaker Labels" option. This will ensure your video is transcribed correctly while distinguishing between multiple speakers.
Yes, you can create multiple posts from one episode by leveraging our Time Range feature which lets you specify a specific time range of the video for the blog post to focus on.
It won't currently remember / improve the writing style by itself, but any settings you configure (like tone, etc) and/or custom instructions you provide can be saved to a template for easy reuse between videos.
A: Bulk uploads are on the roadmap and will be worked on soon. It will first be bulk upload via YouTube channel (i.e. put in a YouTube channel link and then select which videos from the channel you want to create a blog from) and then I can look at offering the ability to do the same with a list of URLs.
I don't have wordpress on wordpress.com or wordpress.org. Is it possible to automatically link a wordpress site that is on a different hosting than wordpress.com or wordpress.org?
After I upload an English spoken video so that the blog post is also generated in English, is there a way at this point, to "one-click" translate the post to create duplicate versions of the post in the different languages I select?
A: We quite don't support that right now. We have an AI editor where you could highlight text and translate to another language, but it wasn't built to be used on an entire blog post (just particular segments). This is something I could look at adding in the future possibly.
That would be great if you could add the feature. We have an international audience at your blog, and I would like to offer translated PDF downloads of our content as an option.
A: 1. Yes, you can connect multiple Medium blogs (there's no limit), but just a heads up that I've heard Medium will soon stop allowing the creating of Access Token (which is needed for Medium integration).
2. App sumo users can create up to 10 publications regardless of your tier.
3. Yes, that is good feedback. I can add that to our internal roadmap.
1. So, when Medium drops this feature, are we really going to have to copy/paste the blog to our own Medium blogs? Or is there some other trick up your sleeve? Any chance you're thinking about hooking up with Substack instead?
2. Got it! Just like the Business Plan on your site, right? Cool!
1. No tricks up my sleeve but the copy and paste actually works really great I've heard from other users (i.e. it copies and pastes all images / formatting / etc.). Substack doesn't have an API unfortunately so there's no way to integrate with them. All of that said, our publications feature it pretty similar to Medium and Substack and we'll be adding a bunch of features this year to enhance it.
Q: Plus Exclusive…?
If I become a Sumoling Plus member, could I still access this software? (It’s marked as a “Plus Exclusive” is why I’m wondering). My co-worker tried it out and really, really loves it, and I’d love to purchase my own copy now, but it’s sold out. 😭 Thank you!
just signed up for the trial and got a 1000 word article from a 1.5 hour plog post with no images, is this a trial limitation or is this just sometimes broken and not generate images and 1000 words from 1.5 hour vid?

Q: Can We Publish To Multiple Medium Blogs?
Hey Andrew!
Great to see you back.
1. I saw on your site that we can link up to 7 YouTube channels per account. Can we connect multiple Medium blogs too? How many?
2. So, do we still get just one website or publication per account? Or do the higher tiers offer more?
3. Social posts are pretty basic. Any chance we can use our own prompts in the future?
Appreciate your help!
