I can't get transcripts from mp3 or mp4 uploads, which is a big disappointment.

How long it takes to complete depends on the length of the file.

I just checked, and it seems you uploaded some audio and videos and end up deleting them without waiting for the tags and transcriptions to be generated: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quNdLdz, and the only video I see here is an MP3 audio that you converted to .Mp4: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu6gBlX.
Please upload videos in the video directory and audio in the audio project area. Keep your files under 60 minutes if you plan to generate tags and transcriptions and don't check the 'want to host video only".

Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes, I uploaded several audios and an mp3 I converted to mp4 to test different options.
I deleted each option because it said "done" yet it also said, "could not find transcript.
All the audios I uploaded were under 60 minutes - they were 59 minutes because I cut them to size.
How long should I wait for the transcript to be generated, then?
