To access greater viewing minutes and storage, my plan is to host on YouTube/vimeo and then add those videos to linear programming. From there, may I use that same content as a fast channel to send to Roku, Tubi, etc.?

YouTube and Vimeo videos cannot be used in a FAST channel because they don’t provide M3U8 (HLS) links, which are required for FAST distribution.
For a FAST channel, your content must be hosted on Viloud or an external M3U8-compatible CDN.
You can get 1 FAST channel with Tier 10.

My understanding from piecing together answers in some of the other comments is that video content posted on platforms other than viloud cannot be used in a fast stream. But. I want to confirm. This seems to be the most important questions to determine if it makes sense to upgrade from tier 3 to tier 10.
