Q: Two Questions: 1.
What can be accomplished via the Zapier integration?
2. I noticed that you have unlimited users, but you have limits on the social accounts. Can you please clarify this. Does this mean if you have 80 social accounts I can only use this with 8 customers that have 10 social accounts each?

80 social profiles is 80 social profiles (i.e. facebook pages, twitter profiles, etc). It does not really matter how many customers that belongs to. Users are the actual people who will access the system and with tiers 3 and 4 you can add unlimited team members.
