Q: Recording storage / quality and collaborative tools

Here are my few questions :
1. What is the video/audio quality of the meetings' recordings ?
2. Plan 3 indicates that recording is available, but without any details... Is it local recording ? Cloud recording ? Do I need to purchase Vivo meeting cloud storage ? Is there a time or size limit to each recording ?
3. Is it possible to record only the host's video + participants' (and host's) audio ?
So the recording only shows the host's video, but we hear everyone in the meeting.
4. I don't understand the music on hold / Custom hold music. Can you explain it further ?
5. Do you have collaborative / interactive tools integrated (white board, polls, image with clickable link, flash cards, music player that doesn't require sharing the whole screen, etc.)

2. Plan 3: The product description does not mention video recording, and Plan 3 does not offer video recording.
3. Yes, it is possible. Please check the how-to videos on our YouTube channel. You can also read the how-to documents on our website.
4. When you have the waiting room turned on, while waiting for the host to bring you into the meeting, the music that plays is called "music on hold"
5. We have collaboration tools (whiteboard, polls, annotation), but we don't have flashcards, clickable images, or links. Please add how-to videos to our YouTube channel.

You're welcome. It is a cloud recording. With plan 4, you get 8GB free. There is no recording size limit, but you must not exceed your limit. To avoid data loss and maintain smooth performance, regularly download and delete older recordings.
