Vivomeetings has received positive feedback for its seamless hosting of remote meetings and standout features like breakout rooms, polls, and live chat. However, there are some limitations such as the lack of recording in lower-tier plans and occasional issues with mobile device compatibility. Overall, Vivomeetings is a reliable and feature-rich video conferencing solution, with an overall rating of 4.7 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, making it worth considering for those in need of such a solution.

Lifetime Deal Became a Lifetime Loss
I purchased Vivomeetings Plan 7 for $623 because AppSumo advertised it as providing “Lifetime access” and “All future plan updates.”
Now Vivomeetings has shut down, my Plan 7 is completely worthless, and no meaningful compensation has been offered.
I understand that SaaS companies can fail. However, AppSumo cannot profit from selling products as “Lifetime Deals” and then place 100% of the risk on customers when those products disappear. This is not the first AppSumo lifetime deal I have purchased that later shut down or abandoned its users.
AppSumo now states that Vivomeetings was not vetted and was not covered by its “We Got Your Back” guarantee. If that is the case, why was an unvetted product allowed to be sold on AppSumo for as much as $630 while being prominently marketed as offering lifetime access?
A 60-day refund policy is meaningless when a “lifetime” product shuts down after the refund window.
AppSumo should provide affected customers with a substantial refund, equivalent AppSumo credit, or a genuinely comparable replacement product.
I paid $623 for Plan 7. “Lifetime Deal” should not mean “you lose everything whenever the vendor disappears.” AppSumo needs to take real responsibility for the products it chooses to list, promote, and profit from.

appsumo doesn’t seem safe, vivomeetings is down and I want to be refunded
Vivomeeting is no longer lifetime. I spent a lot of money to buy it and I want my money back. Otherwise it means that appsumo doesn’t help us

Can't trust appsumo anymore
To many tools going down or stop working and they never have your back.

Switching to very affordable paid solution
Another video conferencing tool that shuts down without warning, from one moment to the next. I won't be buying any more video conferencing tools on AppSumo; I'm switching to a annually paid solution now. My main need is really good resolution for screen sharing. Vivomeetings offered this, so I was satisfied with its quality so far. But I won't jump on the "offer" of the company behind Vivomeetings, after being treated this way. I switch to a paid solution, and with a little research, I've found an application that offers excellent resolution and only costs me 12 bucks a year. It is securely encrypted, ISO-certified, and bulletproof GDPR-compliant. So all good :-)
