A: Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
This is not the expected behavior. The Voice Bar should normally appear near the bottom of the screen, not in the center.
Could you please let us know what device you're using?
In the meantime, please try completely closing and reopening the VoiceDash app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device and check whether the Voice Bar returns to its normal...
I am on Mac with 2 extra monitors, and the wierd is it usually show up on somewhere in the middle of each screen i might not even notice it but when i on the full screen working it is so terrible as it can't move anywhere can't right click as well. The only option i got is just locate the app from the top bar, then turn off the voice bar.
It happen everytime you open, you must make it moveable.
Thank you for the additional details. We understand how disruptive this can be, especially when working with multiple monitors and fullscreen applications.
To help our technical team investigate this further, could you please send the details of the issue to [email protected] or contact us directly through VoiceDash Settings → Support?
This will allow us to identify your VoiceDash account and gather the necessary diagnostic information so we can properly track your case and provide updates as our investigation progresses.
Once we receive your report through one of those channels, we'll make sure it gets reviewed by the team.
1. Can you provide a new discord invite link? The one on “Helpul Links” has expired.
2. Why can’t we dictate directly on the iOS app? When I’ve opened it, I was expecting to see right away a button to click and start dictating so that the result could be seen at “Recents”, but nothing is there. The only work around is going to ”Snippets” to simulate a creation of a new snippet and “dictate the...

2. Regarding iOS usage:
VoiceDash on iPhone currently works through the VoiceDash keyboard rather than as a standalone “open app and dictate directly” workflow.
To use VoiceDash on iPhone:
• Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards • Add VoiceDash, then tap VoiceDash in the list and enable Full...
Nily functions are currently not working, and support is not responding at all. What guarantees are there that VoiceDash will not suddenly turn into a non-functional service as well?
Voice Dash should be utilized as a keyboard on iOS or iPad. I see that you can activate emojis and numbers. Why don’t you make a full‑fledged keyboard and keep VoiceDash as part of the button so that it can be triggered easily while using the VoiceDash keyboard? Am I missing something? Is it already available? I notice that you have already created a numeric keypad, but not a full‑fledged keyboard.

A: You’re not missing anything — currently, VoiceDash on iOS/iPadOS is mainly designed around the VoiceDash input bar and dictation workflow rather than being a complete full-sized replacement keyboard.
The emoji and numeric shortcuts you’re seeing are part of the current keyboard extension implementation, but at the moment we don’t yet provide a full traditional keyboard layout with integrated...
Q: Before purchasing VoiceDash i want to clear this.
Hi,
Before purchasing VoiceDash, I wanted to test it first, so I tried the free version. The speech-to-text/dictation quality is good, but I found one issue that I need to clarify.
When VoiceDash is active, I can’t remove or hide its icon. It stays visible in my menu bar/taskbar, and my MacBook constantly shows a small hyphen-style icon on the screen. When I hover over it, it shows that the...

A: Hi, thanks for trying VoiceDash first before purchasing.
What you’re seeing is not related to the free vs paid/lifetime plan — the behavior is the same across plans.
However, you can hide that small hyphen-style VoiceDash bar on the bottom of the screen. To do this:
Are you referring to the VocieDash icon? If yes, the VoiceDash app icon will still remain visible in the taskbar/menu bar/dock while the app is running in the background. This is normal behavior since VoiceDash needs to stay active for hotkeys and dictation to work properly.
Additionally, if you fully close/quit the app and the icon still remains visible in the taskbar, that usually means the app is pinned to the taskbar/dock itself rather than actively running.

how can i hide icon form dock
Yes, you can hide the VoiceDash icon from the macOS Dock.
Please go to:
Settings → General → turn OFF “Display App in Dock”
After disabling that option, VoiceDash should continue running in the background without showing the Dock icon.
