Great to see WarmWelcome back here, and would love to get some news about your last developments these last years as considering to upgrade from 2 codes to 3 codes or more. Do you have a changelog or updates page ? Are you adding AI features ? (BYOK is fine if so). I think your website looks the same, so was just wondering. A: You’re welcome to checkout the blog as we post some of our updates there but the best thing to do with any product is to test it out and see if it works for you. If it does then getting a LTD is an incredible bargain.
I wanted to ask if there is an option to exclusively display and request audio?
Can you provide clarification if Video is mandatory for both admin and users to communicate on Warm Welcome or if there is a toggle for a preferred media format (In my case audio)

A: You bet - you can toggle on the options you’d like to use in the settings of the widget.
By that I mean - a booking is made in Tidycal, it goes into Make/Integrately and triggers a task in WW to record a video to be emailed out from the platform (using designed and branded template).
Also I'm a bit confused as the listing says WW is like Videoask which has conditional logic but I don't think that's there?
Slightly hesitant due to negative reviews and lack of full white labelling. Also FAQs are very vague.

A: We don’t have conditional logic. We like to keep things simple and personal.
The two negative reviews were from the small crew of Product Pirates who like to demand that founders build what they want and then they try and hold businesses hostage with bad reviews. Notice how their review are rarely about what a product does and almost always about what they wish it did??? Hmmm 🤔
The reviews you’re referencing come from actual long-term customers. Is attacking reviewers your official stance, or can users expect constructive responses instead?
I purchased 2 codes on your first Appsumo campaign.
My account Tier currently sits on Starter+
I'd like to have a Pro Level Tier can I add 1 more code to my existing account to lock in this level?

A: You bet! We’re making an update later this week so all accounts will automatically stack from 1-2-3-4-5 even if originally purchased during the first promotion.
@AnotherSumoling, if you bought Warm Welcome on Appsumo in 2021 (either 1 or 2 codes), you actually should be on the professional plan, including white label, integrations and team management, already. You might want to double check.

Q: Really concern with your replies in the reviews of 1*
I have observed a bad pattern in responses in the 1* reviews.
Before making a purchase, I want to know—do you support SMTP servers well?
If not I will not go for it, I may also purchase three accounts, if your system works, again really concerned with your review responses.
