This software has been working great for the past five years. A great founder and great software tool.

I originally purchased Warm Welcome back in 2021, at a time when similar platforms with comparable features were significantly more expensive. Choosing Warm Welcome was an easy decision, and it’s one I’ve never regretted.

The support has consistently been outstanding, and what truly sets this company apart is the personal touch. David, the owner, has personally responded to me on several occasions, which means more than I can properly express. He’s genuinely a great person behind an equally great product.

I’m now implementing Warm Welcome into my new startup and will be purchasing an additional codes to upgrade as well. The flexibility and creative potential of this tool are incredible, there are so many powerful use cases you may not even realize at first.

the basic functionality is great

but a big but is the GDPR

a simple check box was requested in jan 21 to be added so users check the box before hitting the send button

Originally purchased in 2021, this company was one of the first to allow pop-ups like this and unlimited use. I'm happy with my purchase; it has always been a wow factor for my clients who enjoy replying to me with the video. I have personally seen all of the updates and the time this company has put in. The UX isn't super flashy, but that's not a deal breaker. I would rather have a sustainable product than a flashy product that disappears like a few other companies who send the sad farewell emails. Warm Welcome is STILL HERE and can only get better. Thanks for coming back to AppSumo!
