Please attempt to delete your website and resubmit it alongside your sitemap, essentially starting anew to see if this resolves the issue. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any support available from WarpIndex. If they encounter any problems, they should ideally notify their customers with clear timelines. I am currently testing the steps to determine their effectiveness before giving up.
The last time it submitted the site map was over eight months ago, and it shows "An unknown error occurred." I even added a new website but I see the same error! I submitted several tickets no response yet.. did They abandoned the platform?

Appsumo is not refunding me they are holding onto the believe the App still works because Warp Index says so i have submitted a video of it not working but i doubt they will bend.
