I have sent emails to vendor email wbiztool and also sent in the wbiztools help support but I never got an answer. Please help. it always said it go disconnected. However, I tried to reconnect it, sometimes it got the qr code, but when I can scan it, the wbiztool responded "Your WhatsApp connection is failed" What should I do?
Is this service still supported and updated? Messages remain stuck as "Pending" for hours, and there is no way to get a response to any support inquiries.

Q: Urgent: Service not sending messages and QR code login stuck
Dear Wbiz Tool Support Team,
I am writing to report an urgent issue with the service.
Starting today, the system has stopped sending messages. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I tried performing a server redistribution. However, after doing so, the QR code required for login is no longer displayed.
The application now gets stuck in an infinite loading loop while trying to generate or load...
I'm writing only for those who read the questions, I received an answer via email, everything is ok, the problem seems to have been solved (quite quickly) the conversation continues via email with the developers
We’ve completed all the steps and purchased the Tier 4 plan from AppSumo, but the API keeps returning the message: “YOUR PLAN CANNOT VALIDATE WHATSAPP NUMBERS”… which is incorrect, because Tier 4 includes 30,000 WhatsApp validations per month.
What’s going on? There are many of us in Discord asking for support and we haven’t received any response… Is this a scam?

A: Discord is not our customer support channel, its primarily created at request of users to talk to each other to share possible creative usecases of wbiztool. We have a dedicated in-app chat support icon and a support email ([email protected])—please reach out to us through those channels for any assistance.
Also, without proper clarification, please avoid labeling companies as a “scam.” Teams...

I have the same problem. And support is not answering.
Yes, need the Appsumo support to help us about this issue. They should have a good customer service support to handle customer issues.
