I was wondering, if I register a domain name through you all, will WHOIS privacy be included? If not, how much does that cost? 1. I want to send WhatsApp notifications for appointment bookings. How can I achieve this in Webstarts?, most of my clients don't use email, so they miss out a lot. So, I want to do a WhatsApp and SMS automation for notifications reminders
2. I also want to send my clients information into my CRM, do you have API or webhook to automate this process?

A: The easiest way to do this is probably using a third party like Zapier. You can use the email notification we send to trigger a WhatsApp notification.
Hi, I have 2 codes and wanted to verify if we can import designed websites with HTML? Would love to be able to create better landing pages and sales funnels, too. Thank you!

A: WebStarts is not a good solution if you want to hand code your website in HTML. You can however augment your website using the HTML capability. It's best to use our visual editor to create your websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.
Q: The mobile reponsive feature is disabled. How to make it work again?

A: When you say the mobile feature is disabled, do you mean a specific site you built isn't displaying the mobile optimized version? If that's the case go to the editor, click on the mobile icon in the top right, and then click settings, and toggle to the enabled position.
Yes, no mobile-optimized version. I've tried many templates, I could edit the mobile site. But after saving and publishing, it shows the desktop website on my phone.
I have an issue with a domain DNS record. Could you please provide your support email and let me know if chatbot support is available?

A: We can only support our DNS. So if you require custom DNS support with a registrar other than our please utilize the information in the help documents along with that registrars support.
When I add DNS Record A. I should add "@" and the ip. But after saving, it turns to my primary domain name, not "@" The host displays "mydomain.ai" rather than "@".

The "@" means your own main domain😁 @ or example.com is the same, hosts can have different notations for this but it does men the same!
