Q: Not yet understanding about Custom domain emails
1). In Tier 1 it says Custom domain emails = 5, does that mean I can only create 5 domains on the website? 2) Can I create unlimited websites with Tier 1?
Hi Adam, I am considering Tier 3. Yes or No is fine for each:
1) Is it correct that I can connect unlimited domains, but I can create only 15 total email mailboxes across all those domains combined? 2) Are these real mailboxes (not just forwarding or aliases)? 3) Can these mailboxes be used in Gmail or Outlook via standard IMAP/SMTP?
Please add any additional details if necessary.

Under T3 - is it possible to host my/client's website on Netlify/Vercel and manage the domain there, and still use WebStarts only for email on that same domain?
That's the thing, last time we made a purchase only to find out you restrict countries, including Brazil. And the answer we got was basically tough luck. So, unless you can confirm restrictions have been lifted, we are not spending time on looking into this deal again. Can you confirm that you now serve Brazilian companies?
Hi Adam - A quick clarification Are Website AI and AI Context the same? If not, is it an add on?

A: I assume you mean AI content generation? We have a website builder that will leverage AI to design and populate a site for you but we also have several AI powered tools within the product that do things like generate images and text.

Yes, that’s all about DNS records.

With Tier 3, white label option.. do clients of agencies get to set up their own website after purchase?
Once a website is designed, do the clients get access to their backend to make edits themselves without seeing other websites on my plan?
