We have all been stripped of our lifetime licenses.

Another scam? All licenses have been revoked, which is a blow to the image of not only Webtotem, but also Appsumo. I believe that Appsumo should protect its customers.
Cancellation of Lifetime Status... Classic... Why do companies burn bridges over and over like this thinking they are being creative? I'm not going to buy a product from a company that doesn't honor past commitments.
I purchased WebTotem as an AppSumo lifetime deal in 2021.
January 17, 2026, the company announced that the original product will be shut down with six days’ notice. A “new version” is being launched that requires a new paid subscription. The lifetime deal does not carry over. LTD customers are offered a 50% discount for six months, after which full pricing applies.
The old and new systems are described as separate, yet they share the same name, purpose, and positioning. This effectively ends the lifetime deal with minimal notice.
Rebuilding a product is understandable. Ending lifetime access with less than a week’s notice is not. If a company cannot realistically honor LTDs long term, it should not sell them.

WebTotem unsupported for years
So Lifetime ends by magically calling the same product a different product. Beware of WebTotem.

WebTotem - thumbs down
After a few years they created "new version" just to ditch lifetime users. Dishonest company, stay away.
