I purchased this deal to provide added security to my client's WordPress websites. However, this tool does not work half the time. If I'm in the dashboard, it will show 'Agent Unavailable' then I refresh, some will say Working, then I refresh again, and Agent Unavailable. I've reinstalled all the agents with new APIs and the status is something different each time I refresh. Another main reason why I chose this tool was for its country code block, but unfortunately, that does not work as well. It still allows users from blocked countries to come through the site. Also never receive any notifications if the plugin is not working correctly. Seems like a lot of work needs to be done to this tool.

As we are a startup website design agency we strongly believe to keep our clients websites secure. Since we currently run the free version of Wordfence and WP Hide my Ghost we have done a great job to keep our websites secure BUT this meant having to sit over weekends to go through each websites hack attempts and blocking each IP and building reports for our clients. Thanks to Webtotem I can automate this process by blocking specific countries, create amazing white label reports, have more insight to what security improvements can be made and boy is this accurate! Not only have I discover further improvements that can be made but also increase my website security further. I also love the fact that it has a uptime monitoring tool build in that works with cdns such as Bunnycdn and Cloudflare and it was a breeze to whitelist these companies ips as well. I bought another tool that was not compatible with Cloudflare and now I finally have Webtotem that I can use for uptime monitoring. I also love the fact that I can still use WP Hide my Ghost to change my file paths, I also downgraded to Wordfence Login plugin for 2FA only although you could use both which I feel is pointless if you already have Web Totem installed. The antivirus scanning is a bit slow at first time but does a decent job to scan every single file of your website and afterwards any file that get changed gets monitored which is great. The firewall have also picked up hacked attempts just in the first day and takes 2 days to learn your website. A few minors but you quickly learn the workarounds. My only recommendation for Webtotem is to increase the scanning speed and also including a delete button on the reporting section. I also love your UI it is really modern and easy to use and I quickly learned your tool without having to go through documentations or tutorial videos. Thank you for giving a start up company the opportunity to invest in an amazing plugin that brings great value adds for our customers in so many ways and saving us valuable time. Looking forward to the journey of what is still to come in the future.

I have been looking for a security plugin and was very excited to be introduced to WebTotem. It looks like it is going to be able to do the job - specifically helping me to uncover "Form Spammers" IP addresses and then allowing me to manually block those IP's. Like a lot of you I manage multiple websites. I wanted to have an add on service for my clients. When I saw that "Whitelabel" was included I said "Heck Ya! Im in, Tier 3 it is - take my money!

However - Im very disappointed at this time with WebTotems definition of "Whitelabel" the ONLY thing that is "Whitelabeled" is the Report and that isn't totally disinfected of WebTotems branding and it has a link to a "Full Report" on their site. The Plugin you use for Wordpress (That's all I work with) is All WebTotem Branded - no option for us to Brand at all. So if any of you were looking at this as something you could brand as your own or even co-brand as a value added service to your clients - Web Totem is not setup that way. Be Great if they have that on the Roadmap - however I dont see it there at this moment. I believe Appsumo and WebTotem should remove the WhiteLabel as a Feature in the Appsumo Deal Subscription - I thinks its misleading. WebTotem looks awesome easy UI, Looks like it will do the job :) however I bought it for whitelabeling - So WebTotem, Can we get that on the Roadmap Please?

I want to like this. I have it on one website and it works perfectly at least as far as I can tell.

Two others with Ezoic and cloud flare forget about it. I sent messages to their support for MONTHS. I have the archive it was up to about 48 emails by the time I just gave up. It was obvious they gave up too.

It will not install on those two websites. Engineers logged on no less than twenty times and the issue still isn’t resolved. Needless to say, the install method for this software can kick rocks. It’s sucks. I don’t know why every other antivirus works perfectly and this one has this convoluted process that really doesn’t make sense.

At the end of the day I wanted it to be virusdie or some other great virus protection and it’s not. Maybe one day they will fix it but updates are non-existent too.

I was looking for a good and simple security solution and found this gem. So far, it is easy to use and UI is clean and straightforward.👊👊👊👊👊
