Working with some videos while not working with others.

Tried contacting the support and they blamed it on OpenAI while the same videos are working well in other transcription tools that using OpenAI.

I don't like to post bad reviews, but after contacting the support, I got a reply to the first email saying there is nothing they can do and they ignored the second mail.

One month after, the problem wasn't fixed and it was a waste of money for me because this tool is not reliable and not working with most videso i tried to transcribe (mosly mine).

Whispertranscribe is a super convenient tool for people ready to explore in AI creation. I strongly recommend it, not only the quality , but also the support. What a lovely and supportive with patience! 5 stars! a useful whisper here : don't forget to upgrade your software version when encountered with a bug.

I have been interviewing and recording my father and uncle using interview prompts with the goal to one day compile these stories into a book for my siblings.

I have to take a moment to shout out the team behind Whisper Transcribe. Honestly, it’s blown me away with its spot-on transcriptions. If I could, I’d throw 10 tacos their way just for that. But what really makes it stand out is the option to add my own prompts, something I’ve not seen much of in other apps from AppSumo.

But here’s the thing – what really takes an app from great to absolutely amazing is top-notch support. And if I could, I’d give 50 tacos just for this part alone. Laurin and his co-founder have been incredible. They've not only been super responsive but have also given me some great advice on how to use custom prompts effectively. Being in China, I've run into my fair share of challenges, especially with the Great Firewall. But these guys have gone out of their way to help me navigate through it all and use the app to the best of my ability. They didn’t need to be so kind and helpful for ONE USER , but they were, and it shows they really care about their customers.

I mean, if you’re still on the fence about Whisper Transcribe, or if you missed out on it before, seriously, don’t make that mistake again. Grab it!, Grab it!, Grab it! . you will not just be investing in a a tool that’ll save you hours; you will be investing in supporting people who’ll do the same.

I wish it had a mobile version but the desktop app works amazingly well. I have a different tool that does the exact same thing but that tool sometimes messes up the audio (which messes up the results). So far, Whispertranscribe has not disappointed me at all
