Hello, this looks quite interesting, but I'm curious if Wisecut could be used for B-roll footage. Most of my videos are landscapes, animals, urban environments, and other random elements, rather than interview/podcast-type videos. Thanks in advance.

Wisecut is primarily designed for spoken-content videos, such as talking-head videos, interviews, podcasts, tutorials, and educational content. Most of our AI features (like AutoCut, silence removal, subtitles, reframing, highlights, and Autopilot) work by understanding the spoken audio.
If your B-roll footage includes narration or voice-over, Wisecut can definitely help by automatically editing around the speech, generating subtitles, and creating polished videos.
However, if your content is mostly cinematic B-roll (landscapes, wildlife, city scenes, etc.) without spoken dialogue, Wisecut probably isn’t the best fit today. Since there isn’t much speech for the AI to analyze, many of our automation features won’t provide much value.
You can still use Wisecut for basic editing, such as trimming clips, combining footage, adding music, titles, and subtitles. However, to get the most out of Wisecut’s AI-powered automation, videos with spoken content will provide the best experience.

My only follow-up question is: Is there any intent or possibility of going down that route for B-roll montages? It could be a niche market opportunity, as I struggle to find any other alternatives that do just this.
