Rk59043Q: Captions
I have wisecut lifetime account from earlier campaign. Recently when Im trying to generate a full video output with captions, the generation is failing, I tried nearly 10-15 times with variations but finally came to know that if I unselect captions, the video is getting generated. The audio inside the video is English and Im selecting English as language for captions but its not working.
Is there a issue with captions feature ?

Sorry to hear about the frustration with captions. We just ran a new test with English captions on a full video export, and it completed successfully. We also have not received other reports of this specific issue so far, so it seems like captions are working normally on our side.
That said, we want to look into your case right away, since this could be related to something specific in the file or project.
