1) if I buy the Tier 3, it is for life? no need to renew again?

Yes, it's for life, no need to renew.

2) Is there an option to work offline?

No, at the moment Wisecut is fully online and it’s always saved in the cloud, so you can start on your phone and then finish on your desktop computer or vice-versa.

3) if I use the Hebrew language, I will be able to cut the silence and bob talking video to make it shorter or only on the specific languages you support?

Wisecut uses voice recognition to do its automatic editing, so it can only work with the languages it supports. Unfortunately, at the moment, Wisecust doesn't support Hebrew.

As for now, Wisecut can edit and generate automatic subtitles in 6 languages and French is one of them. Here's the current list of supported languages:

English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian accent), Filipino, German.

We are working to add more languages and accents soon.

4) Do the 20 hours renew every month?

Yes! The hours renew every month. :)
