there is function to split scene but sometimes might want to merge scenes

when wisecut puts a 1 second scene that causes an audio blip.

also, sometimes there is talking

but no transcription is given and I can not see edit function

in this case, so need to add some text.

this was where the speaker changed from english to sanskrit.

so need to add text to the story line.
