Yes! As for now, Wisecut can edit and generate automatic subtitles in 6 languages and French is one of them. Here's the current list of supported languages:

English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian accent), Filipino, German.

We are working to add more languages and accents soon.
