A lot has changed since our earlier AppSumo campaign, so it sounds like you may have used an older version of Wisecut. The 90-minute upload limit is no longer the current limit. You should be able to upload and process a 2-hour video without issues, as long as the file is within the current file size limit.

We have also improved Wisecut’s speed significantly over the years. Today, Wisecut is built to be one of the fastest tools in the industry for turning long videos into polished, social-ready clips.

Regarding increasing your limits: as mentioned in the “From the Founders” note, this is a new AppSumo campaign using AppSumo’s newer deal structure and technical integration. Because of that, previous AppSumo purchases cannot be stacked or upgraded with additional minutes on the same Wisecut account.

Your previous LTD is still valid and supported. We’ve upgraded previous AppSumo customers over the years, so you have access to the same core Wisecut product we are offering in this new AppSumo campaign.

If you want more lifetime AI editing minutes through this new campaign, you would need to redeem the new AppSumo deal using a new Wisecut account. It would be the same Wisecut product, but with the added benefit of more lifetime monthly AI editing minutes.

The additional non-refundable minutes are for increasing the amount of AI editing/video processing time available in your account each month. They are recurring monthly minutes, not one-time credits.

So in short:

Your previous LTD is still valid and supported, and you have access to the same core Wisecut product we are offering now.

The 90-minute upload limit is no longer the current limit.

A 2-hour video should work, assuming it is within the current file size limit.

Additional minutes from this new campaign can only be redeemed through a new Wisecut account, not stacked onto an older AppSumo account.

The additional non-refundable minutes are recurring monthly AI editing minutes, not one-time credits.
