SoluQ: WPR cloud site licenses

I purchased the highest tier (5 codes) back in 2020. I see that in my account I have WP Reset Cloud, 1/25 sites, but the current campaign's Tier 4 has 60 sites. My question is: shouldn't we (5 code holders) get the grandfathered features, meaning 60 sites?
