Quick summary: Imunify runs at the host/server level (WAF and server-side malware scanning with cleanup options). WP Security Ninja is a plugin focused on in-dashboard protection: vulnerability checks for core/plugins/themes, core file scanner, local firewall rules, event logger and one-click fixes. We do not provide a managed automatic cleanup service like some server products, but we do provide guided fixes and fast signature updates
