If purchasing a higher tier, are there any limitations around white labeling? Is support included?

When you enable White Label in Security Ninja (available on higher tiers), it removes all references to "Security Ninja" and our branding from the plugin interface within your WordPress dashboard. This includes our name, logo, and links to our help pages, allowing you to present the plugin under your own brand to your clients.
Regarding support: Yes, support is absolutely included with your purchase. We provide direct support to YOU - the person or company that purchased the license from us. This means we will support you directly with any questions or issues you encounter while using the plugin.
However, please note that we do not provide direct support to your end-clients. As the license holder, you would be responsible for supporting your clients.

We offer email support and we have an extensive knowledgebase/documentation. We are working on making more video tutorials also, that is a work in progress.
