davenelsonQ: Are additional email shortcodes available or planned?
I've been reviewing SmartPay's customer email notifications and would like to use them, but the available shortcodes seem too limited for us to replace our existing transactional emails.
For example, the order emails don't appear to have a shortcode for the form/product purchased or a checkout/retry URL. The subscription emails add subscription ID, billing period, and next renewal date, but I don't see a product/plan name, subscription end date, renewal URL, or Stripe Billing Portal/customer billing URL.
Are any of these values available through undocumented shortcodes, or are there plans to add them?
Ideally, we'd like SmartPay's emails to contain enough information and relevant action links that they can serve as the customer's primary payment and subscription emails rather than requiring another system to fill in the gaps.

There are currently no undocumented shortcodes, so only the tags displayed in the email settings are supported right now. We understand that missing details like product or form names, retry links, and direct billing portal URLs make it hard to use them as primary transactional emails.
Adding these tags is on our roadmap, so you will not need extra tools in the future. For now, you can send the full payment data to an email tool using our outgoing webhooks, or use our developer action hooks to customize the email content.
