I have top subscription for WPSubscriptions and am considering Top subscription for this plugin as well. Does it have multi-currency if not is it on your roadmap, also is multi-currency on the roadmap for WPSubscriptions ? many thanks Glyn
I've been reviewing SmartPay's customer email notifications and would like to use them, but the available shortcodes seem too limited for us to replace our existing transactional emails. For example, the order emails don't appear to have a shortcode for the form/product purchased or a checkout/retry URL. The subscription emails add subscription ID, billing period, and next renewal date, but I don't see a product/plan name, subscription end date, renewal URL, or Stripe Billing Portal/customer billing URL. Are any of these values available through undocumented shortcodes, or are there plans to add them? Ideally, we'd like SmartPay's emails to contain enough information and relevant action links that they can serve as the customer's primary payment and subscription emails rather than requiring another system to fill in the gaps.
Hi! I’m considering WP Smart Pay and need to track purchases from Meta ads. Does it support Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), either natively or through a compatible plugin? Specifically, can it: - Send Purchase events only after successful payment, including value and currency? - Deduplicate browser Pixel and server CAPI events using the same event ID? - Pass customer matching data and Meta click/browser identifiers (`fbc` and `fbp`)? - Track the initial subscription purchase separately from recurring renewals? If this requires an additional plugin or custom setup, which solution do you recommend, and do you have a setup guide? Which WP Smart Pay plan is required?
Before buying, I have a question about support and updates. I was honestly a bit alarmed to find negative reviews on WordPress.org and Trustpilot about slow support and updates that broke compatibility (e.g. with EDD plugins), and there is little recent feedback to show whether this has improved. Is the 24-hour response time also valid for lifetime license holders, and what is the typical time to resolution? If an update breaks compatibility with a popular plugin or theme (Elementor, Bricks), is the fix covered by the lifetime license? Has the support process changed since those reviews, and if so, how? Thanks!
