I’ve been using this app for a while and really like its features, so I’m interested in the lifetime deal. Previously, there was no support portal, only an email address, and the responses I received were unprofessional. Has the support process improved since then, and are there now better ways to contact support ?
I like that you can choose to add a YouTube video to the article, but I don't like that I don't have the option to choose the video I'd like to use if I have one. Also, where is the support link on the site? I don't see a way to contact support.

the support link is in the very center of our homepage, you can add custom youtube videos by copy + pasting in the embed code from Youtube.
