Q: iOS Phone App doesn't recognize subscription purchase?
Greetings,
Thank you for the wonderful product! However, I purchased WriteVoice and then upgraded to Tier 2. When I log in to the WriteVoice App on my phone, it's on a 7-day trial and doesn't recognize that I have a lifetime subscription or any subscription at all!
I'm not seeing a subscription noted on the web or Mac version either. When I click on Billing, it asks me to upgrade to a paid subscription. I want to make sure I have full access to what I paid for, and all of my other AppSumo purchases state the Lifetime purchase in the Apps.
