Q: Sent email on May 7 about 100,000 words and still no response!
Hi Yassine, I sent you an email on the 7th of May with screenshots attached about adding 100,000 words to my monthly allowance. I still haven't had any acknowledgement or any update to my account. Can you please take a look at your emails and respond to my email or at least acknowledge it? You obviously work in tech, so you know to check spam folders and your bin. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
One more bit of feedback. It would be a good to be able to select and delete multiple notes from the app at once. It's frustrating deleting one note at a time. It takes a long time when you have lots of notes, and it simply annoys me. It should be a simple feature to add. Would you please consider adding it?

I have just sent you an email. I sent it from a different email address. Now, if you don't get this email as well, then there's something wrong with your system. Because I can understand one email going to a junk mailbox. But two in a row is something else. I sent it from a Gmail account. Can you also create a solution to delete multiple notes in one go. Thank you.
