Q: Chrome EXT, Daily Limits, Temperature

Ok nice start, but 2 years into the system, wondering a few things, maybe I missed things but:

1) Can't see your chrome tools/integration with Google workplace, or any mobile or desktop apps. Maybe I've missed this, but where/how, if not, why not have these?

2) Main use for me is getting the multiple answers from the system, but that means unknown to me (I bought 1,000) but it only let me do 8 chats... I was like I paid how much for a tool that lets me only do 8 chats. How to turn off the daily limit, so I can use my 1,000 as I need it, I don't use chat each day, but when I do, I sure need more then 8 chats.

3) Found it odd that after so many years in business, the temperature setting is broken, is this growing pains, or am I just the 1st person to complain about this? As can't set to 0.1 gets save error each time.

A: Thanks for the thoughtful questions. All fair.

1. We do not currently have Chrome integration as part of this offer. We do have a separate Chrome extension product, but that’s not included here. If you saw something that suggested otherwise, would you mind sharing where? That’s likely a documentation mistake on our side, and we’d want to fix it.
2. On the daily limits: I understand why that feels frustrating. The reason we keep them in place is to keep usage fair and the app stable for everyone. If we removed those limits and let people use their full allocation all at once, the system would come under too much pressure and performance would degrade across the board. Some of that is also driven by the limits imposed on us by upstream model
providers, so in many cases we’re extending constraints that already exist underneath the hood. It’s not the most exciting answer, but it is the honest one, and it’s pretty standard across services like Claude and ChatGPT as well.
3. On the temperature setting: that’s on us. We exposed it in the past, but we’ve since found it too technical and confusing for the non-technical customers we serve. It really shouldn’t still be there in a way that creates friction, and if it’s throwing save errors, that’s even more reason for us to remove it.

Will you allow a weekly limit, not daily, as again 8 chats a day, for Tier 2 is very aggressively low.

As for temperature, that was one of the selling points for your tool. As most tools set it to 0.5 which gives even with GPT 5 totally incorrect answers when we needing to be very strict in following more complex instructions.

I would have gotten the highest tier but the daily limits are way too low. I might only use it once or twice a month but then I don't want to be limited to a few messages.
