Q: There seems to be a character limit for questions I create?
Why would you impose a limit? Are you open to changing it to be as long as needed? we do small case interviews to screen, 200 characters is no where near enough to ask the question. For our use case, it doesn't even provide enough space to ask our pretty basic questions.
I signed up for the free trial to test the product a little bit. Some areas that didn´t work smoothly and some questions here:
- I checked the email received by a candidate. I did that using Outlook installed on my mobile phone. When the email arrived, the message was pushed to the left side, very small and barely noticeable - unreadable. This may not happen on desktop (i don´t know)...

thank you, are the links I send (or that are automatically sent by the system) to shortlisted candidates one-time use only? Thank you for your question! Each candidate gets a unique, one-time use link for their interview, which cannot be reused once completed. You can send links in bulk or enter emails manually. SMTP can be set up to send via your mail server, or you can use a custom domain instead of xinterview.ai for better branding.
You can send interview links to candidates in 3 ways: Common link – share or publish on job portals; anyone can apply and start the interview. Individual link – enter name & email for shortlisted candidates; each gets a unique link. Bulk upload – upload a CSV of shortlisted candidates; the platform sends unique links to each automatically.

The responses are counted per application, not per question.
For the AppSumo plan, you can add unlimited questions to each job — there is no limit on the number of questions.
You can also review our pricing plans (Plan 1 to Plan 10) to see which one suits you best. The higher plans include features such as custom domains and full whitelabel options.
