This software seems like a great tool to help interview all the candidates. We schedule interviews all the time and this is a great tool to allow us to interview each candidate at a time convenient to them and then we can watch their interview at a time that is convenient to us. Love this!

This is a really helpful tool indeed. We always felt like our way of shortlisting 'MAY BE losing out' on candidates who were great but got filtered out to RESUME reasons and our lack of ability to interview all of them. In a country like India where we function, the no. of people that apply to a job posting is in the hundreds and thousands sometimes. Using this tool helps us shortlist better and not feel like we are losing out on potentially good candidates. Saves our HR team a whole lot of time on scheduling in all these interviews as well.

I wish there was a better way to include a VIDEO or some response from US as well. So that there was a FACE to our company that they were at least hearing from before they start to give in their responses.

1.I like the potential of this progressive web app! The issue I’m having is trying to do an interview from my cell phone. Its giving me error codes. I’ve already sent you guys a proof email.

2. It would be awesome if I had imbedded script code, where I can put this on my website landing page or any page

3. This was a bummer for me, cause I was not able to edit my jobs from my cell phone while on the go…. It stated for better experience to use a desktop. This was a big bummer..

4. The most amazing thing would be. I’ll wait to manage the notification once the users are finished or maybe an app version. This would’ve been a game changer, but I’m forced to use another platform. Please get back to me. Let me know how quick you can fix these issues cause I’m having error codes on my test interviews

Makes video interviews a breeze. Was previously using google forms to collect video responses(where the applicant is required to share a loom video or youtube video url). By using xinterview.ai, I have seen drastic increase in number of applicants as it streamlines the video interview process
