Q: What does it mean when you say "Sorry, we decided to end this first LTD batch" ..
Will there be another batch soon, where we are able to buy the YepCode LTD? Have also missed it because of the missing countdown and no info when it will end. Wanted to buy it on the weekend, but it was gone then already, without any chance to do so. I was highly interested in buying the LTD - and still am.

A: We are not planning to launch another LTD batch in the near future. This first batch has worked quite well and a lot of users are using the platform providing good feedback. We'll focus on keep improving the platform and increase the users in our standard pricing plans.
It's on the list of Ending Soon but it's not showing the time left (although it's in-between two with 5 hours at the moment). I've had my eye on this a while but the lack of replies for nearly three weeks is worrying.

A: Hi John.
We made the decision to conclude the initial LTD batch a few weeks ago, and we promptly notified AppSumo. We apologize for the delay in responding, as a portion of our customer support team was temporarily unavailable, leading to a backlog of messages.
Oh well, frankly - given the lack of replies from YepCode over the last month - probably a lucky escape. They seem to have given up on promoting this deal or supporting the sale. Bad from AppSumo to end it without a count down though or the usual 3 extra days for Plus members.
So you asked them not to put a countdown on because you didn't want any more sales? If not, you should have words with them because you've lost out. A LOT of us buy during the countdown and even after in the 3 days when Plus members get to still buy.
We didn't ask AppSumo to don't include the countdown. We informed them one month ago that the LTD would be finished, and we are not fully aware about how they manage this ending periods.

i also saw no expiry time and it's suddenly gone... it was in my cart while i was choosing other deals to add :(

johnr123, this isn't a SELECT product, so no 3 days extra for Plus members. You should know that.
Q: hi do you have ffmpeg libraries?
If not do you plan on doing so?
