Had high hopes because of the really really positive promotion here on appsumo. Appsumo feels or felt like a trust worthy business.. Still glad to be supporting the lifestyle of Noah Kagan, because everyone deserves to be rich, happy and healthy.

#Interface of zagomail feels outdated.
#some parts of the Form editor are just not readable. Weird logic is used to filll these forms. If i look at the id numbers of the forms, there is not much use of this product by others..
# form, email builder feels outdated and not intuitive to use.
# support is lamost unreachable
# emails are not getting through to customers or in different order. So i cant make a sellable product with automation with this product, it is to unreliable for now. ( and thats what i bought it for )
# automation is not user friendly, really not user friendly ( no handy filtering no ordering) I have an automation set up with 17 mails, but it is horrible to find and edit them afterwards.. omg
#There is an anoying large part of the dashboard taken for integration of shopify etc. which i am not using so it keeps taking a large part of my dashboard
#Explantion video's are created with weird AI spoken voice and not really explain anything.
# too much of these little things in this product that keep telling me it is not a mature product
#most of all i can't sell any automated mailing product if my mails are not received by my customers so i can't even earn my spent money back.. Even this purchase was a bargain..

Well i will be looking for another email automation program or building one myself with AI..

The software is good, nothing revolutionary but has all the main features you may need.
The great problem is the support, that's actually non-existent. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for an answer to a major issue I'm facing on the landing page builder and no one has replied until now.

It's not possible that a service like this leaves the customers alone, this is making me unable to get new clients to my service due to a problem that's not my fault.

Will consider migrating to another service.

There is a massive lack of integrations and terrible support, which is incredibly slow and, frankly, not helpful at all. I’ve been waiting for over a week without any response.

RSS campaigns don’t work, and woo-commerce integrations are also non-functional. The drag-and-drop editors are laggy and overly basic. I sincerely hope they improve soon, or I’ll be forced to switch providers again—which is a pain. 😣

If you're serious about email marketing, think twice.

I subscribed to Zago Tier3 and I really don't regret it.
As well as being a multifunctional and very intuitive tool, the customer service is absolutely brilliant! A special mention for the UI and UX design of the site, which adds another pleasant dimension to the product experience. A big thank you and 5 tacos to the whole technical team for developing this tool, which I'm sure will be in my TOP 5 Lifetime Deals!

#1, support is slooooowwww, so good luck in getting a response and solving your issue quickly. #2 the emails won't send inmediately, sometimes we receive them after a couple of days, RIDICULOUS. I fell in love with the interface, but the main functionality is a big dissapointment.
