Yes, you can create a print-only form. Click the Title & Settings button on the left toolbar and enable the 'Printable only form' option. The form replaces the submit button with the print button.

Yes, you can create forms and survey for life insurance. Zapof Forms has Excel-compatible functions. These functions can calculate simple or complex formulas or logics that are useful for claims or quotes in insurance.

You can also use conversational style forms for your survey or poll. The survey/poll result is presented on the report with charts for analysis.

The "1GB File Upload" is the total storage for all uploaded files.

1. If you create a form and include a video on that form, you use our video element. Alternatively, you can embed a YouTube video on that form using our YouTube element.

2. If you want a form for people to upload videos, you add an upload file question. You download the uploaded videos through the links on the submitted forms.

All videos in number 1 and 2 are parts of the maximum 1GB quota.

We don't recommend creating a form for people to upload videos (number 2). A single video can easily use a few hundred MBytes.

1) Does it have a lookup table option, where one dropdown element from a list changes the options from another list?
No.

If you are looking for something such as showing different states drop-down when selecting a country, we have this.

Using conditional logic, you can show different drop-down list based on the user's selection from the first drop-down question.

2) Can I create a form with 10 random questions from a pool of 100?
No.

3) Can the form submission be postponed until I allow the pdf generation?
No.

A: Hi Steve,

All form submission data is inside the submitted form folder. You can search any submission using free-text search phrase such as name and email. You can also set email notification that sends the submitted data in PDF format to any email address.

Exporting to an Excel file or to Google Drive and Zapier integration are available as add-ons.

To redirect to a web page upon submission, click the ‘Title & Settings’ button on the left toolbar. Enable the option ‘Redirect to another page after successful submission.’ and enter the URL of the web page.

Optionally, you can redirect it to a separate browser window/tab and also immediately redirect or delay for 30 seconds.
