Q: Question about invitees receiving calendar invites
I have a question regarding invitee notifications.At the moment, invitees receive a confirmation or reminder email, but they do not receive an actual calendar invite (e.g., an .ics file or a Google/Outlook calendar event) that they can save directly to their calendar.
Is this the expected behaviour, or should invitees also be receiving a proper calendar invitation automatically?

A: Hi - invitees should be receiving a calendar invitation as long as you've connected a calendar to zcal (Google or Microsoft) and set it to your write calendar.
Thanks for your respond but it doesn’t send a calendar invite - I have tested with different emails and in different ways but it doesn’t send an invite only a plain email :( happy to follow up in the support email to short out the issue.
Q: What is your commitment to Appsumo Purchasers if Appsumo changes course in the future?

A: Hi - once you activate your lifetime purchase, there are no further dependencies on AppSumo. Your payment is recorded in our system and does not require AppSumo to be live.
Hi some question please : 1. can you explain more about USER? is it admin or staff members that can join ? example : i have 15 staff . Do i need tier 3 with 50 user? or just Tier 1 with 3 user is enough ?
2. how many teams that we can create? and how many person that teams can hold ? we can create custom domain for each team is this right? Thankyou

1. A user is anyone who needs their own Zcal account to manage availability and host meetings (admin or staff). If you have 15 staff who need booking links, you’ll need a plan that supports 15 users. A 3-user plan only works if just 3 people are hosting meetings.
