Suppose 1 stream of 2 hour is consumed by 50 viewers. In such case -
Input streaming hours = 2 hours ( not dependent on how many viewers watch it)
Streaming bandwidth GB = 50 GB ( Estimated based on medium quality, it will consum 50 GB bandwidth for 50 viewers watching 2 hours of stream)

Each tier has a limit on these 2 - input streaming hours, and output streaming bandwidth.
