We’ve been reading your feedback and saw many questions and comments regarding the codes, our credits, and how to use them.

How many codes can I purchase?

You can currently purchase up to 3 codes at a time. Each code includes 24,000 credits, which can be used for email validation, Activity Data, catch-all scoring, and Email Finder.

Your credits never expire!

The ZeroBounce credits are yours to use when and how you want. You may be used to other tools that don’t allow credits to roll over monthly or expire after a set period. Once you use your codes to get your credits, they’re permanently yours until used.

How many credits do I need?

The credit cost per service is as follows:

● Validation - 1 credit per email address

● Activity Data - 1 credit per email address

● Catch-all Scoring - 1 credit per email address

● Email Finder - 20 credits per valid result; 1 credit per spam trap or suppression result

Credits are never consumed for ‘unknown’ or ‘undetermined’ results.
