TaskBots cannot "listen" to actions like chatbots do. You would need to either add a loop or a scheduler for the TaskBot to check for incoming messages every few minutes.

Sure, just send the TaskBot to them using "Send TaskBot to another account".

No, this is not possible. ZeroWork TaskBots cannot download files at the moment, but we plan to add this feature down the road.

Unfortunately not. Only Windows and Mac.

By locked do you mean turned off? No, TaskBot execution will be skipped in this case. So you need to keep your computer active. Or, wait until cloud execution that we will introduce in the next few months (it will be offered at extra cost, though).

7. Can I set taskbot1 to run on desktop1 at time1 everyday taskbot2 to run on dekstop2 at time2 everyday and so on, on how many computers can I do?

LTD official terms are for one account only to run TaskBots simultaneously. We may introduce restrictions in the future which will not allow using the same agent on more than one desktop simultaneously. As of today, technically, you can install agent on several desktops and run TaskBots simultaneously.

Regardless, scheduling works only on one desktop. You cannot schedule TaskBots on multiple desktops.
